Barry's Staples teams have secured 2 State Titles, 4 FCIAC Tournament Championships, and 8 FCIAC Division Titles. He earned CIAC and New England Coach of the Year Honors in 2022. His teams were also CIAC State Final Runner-Up in 2017 and 2018, and FCIAC Runner-Up in 2017, 2022, and 2023. Barry is also the CFC Technical Director for Girls Soccer.

Since 2014, this Fairfield University soccer alumna has assisted Staples in placing 23 athletes into college programs. Under MacKenzie and Barry's guidance, the squad consistently earns regional and national rankings. Mackenzie resides in Westport.
